My personalized guidance and support will give  you a unique perspective and the trusted support to help you thrive in your role and make a positive impact in your organization.

We are the owners of how we react to and drive change and this starts with us and our behaviors.  My work as a certified Executive Coach has provided rewarding opportunities to work closely coaching leaders and executives at all levels and supporting change efforts across a broad base of businesses.

Big Picture – What do I get?

While each consulting relationship is unique and tailored to meet the specific business and personal needs and challenges of each client, I will work with you in regular coaching sessions to deliver:

  • A confidential, facilitated self-development opportunity that will support you in moving from good to great
  • A trusted partner to help guide, challenge and support you in this journey
  • An individualized, objective, one-on-one relationship built on trust and collaboration
  • Identification and analysis of leadership capabilities and impact
  • The understanding of how you can maximize your strengths and further develop your areas of opportunity
  • Concrete action plans for achieving your desired results for increased leadership effectiveness and productivity
  • A plan for sustainment to give you ownership and control of your path

Leadership Effectiveness Support

Why?

The higher your position in the organization, the more difficult it is for the truth to make it to you. When there is a need to better understand what is happening in the organization and where leadership may have blind spots, I will illuminate the way.

Big Picture - What do I get?

An opportunity to step out of your day-to-day to reflect on the leadership strengths that accelerate your organization and uncover blind spots that may require attention. This partnership may involve:

  • Conducting leadership assessments
  • A facilitated worksession with a leader and their team
  • A group list of agreements to enhance the team’s relationship with their leader
  • A shared pool of meaning to work from
  • Increased communication, understanding and team effectiveness
  • An opportunity to increase shared dialogue

New Leader Transitions

Why?

It takes time for new leaders to navigate their role.  You want to shorten the learning curve that typically impacts a group and a new leader and accelerate them through the normal challenges all new leaders encounter and propel the entire team towards high-performance.

Big Picture – What do I get?

  • A neutral partner that will illuminate the shadows and help teams and leaders articulate preferred style and needs for shared success
  • A tool to help clearly articulate preferred management style and working relationships
  • The ability for teams to articulate what is important to them in their work and leader
  • Roadmap agreements that will accelerate a team through the stages of team formation

Behavioral Assessments

Why?

Self-awareness is an invaluable tool. I wish I had known so much more about myself when I first starting out in leadership.  The value in understanding yourself in relation to others provides an invaluable level of self-awareness and knowledge that accelerates interpersonal relationships in the workplace. Employees and leaders seek connection and approaches that invite others into the conversation. Value is amplified when organizations support the inherent drive for understanding and connection.

Big Picture - What do I get?

Typically, these tools are used in alignment with other work that I support, however they are available as a standalone self-awareness tool as well. While slightly different in nature each tool generally comes with:

  • An online self-assessment
  • A generated report detailing preferences, approaches, strengths, opportunities and developmental recommendations
  • A coaching & interpretation session to review your results, discuss your unique talents and skills and answer questions

Stage Skills for Business Workshop

Why?

Where in business school do we learn how to think on our feet, read our audience and provide support for our colleagues in the heat of the moment?  This workshop builds an understanding of the foundational learning of basic theatre skills and how to apply them to the workplace.  Whether it is a boardroom presentation or a quick interaction with a colleague in the hallway, using the transferrable skills discussed in this program, I have personally experienced the impact and value of these skills to success in the workplace.

Big Picture – What do I get?

This isn’t a prep course to do stand up comedy or be in a show. Participants will identify key presentation and speaking skills required in the workplace and how they correlate to skills used in improv and acting. This is a highly interactive session that can be customized for any team team, group or organization wanting to enhance their teamwork and work effectively together and is most effective with teams of at least 5 people or up to hundreds. No theatre experience is necessary and some of the learnings that participants will walk away with include:

  • A deeper understanding of the ‘soft’ skills needed in the workplace
  • How to understand their role in making others successful in public forums
  • How to read an audience & adjust to meet the needs of that audience
  • How to feel more comfortable in ambiguous situations
  • The role we each play in interacting with an audience
